1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Webrunner AU (referred to as “Webrunner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the user (“you” or “your”) concerning the creation, ownership, and maintenance of websites and associated services provided by Webrunner.

2. Minimum Term and Payment Cycle

– Your monthly payments cover a minimum term of 24 months** unless stated otherwise (special offers, custom offers).
– The first payment is due upon sign-up, but the payment cycle commences only after website completion.
– Subsequent monthly payments are due one month after website completion.

3. Invoice Notification

– You will receive an invoice via email seven days before each subsequent payment is due.

4. Ownership

– Your website and domain remain the property of Webrunner AU until the completion of the minimum 24-month** period.

5. Minimum Payments

– You are obligated to make a minimum of six monthly payments.

6. Cancellation Policy

– You may cancel your plan at any time after completing six months or six monthly payments.
– Upon cancellation, all domains, packages, and websites acquired through Webrunner AU remain our property, and your website will be deactivated.
– If cancellation occurs before six months or six monthly payments, the total amount up to six monthly payments will be due.

7. Transition of Ownership

– After the 24-month** term, all domains and websites associated with your package become your property.
– Webrunner AU will facilitate the transfer of your website, including all content and domains, to an independent hosting provider upon request.
– You will be responsible for any associated monthly or annual fees.
– All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@webrunners.com.au.

8. Website Re-designs

– Within the initial six months, you may request a different website template at no additional cost, limited to one request.
– After the 24-month** term, you are entitled to select another website template, initiating a new 24-month** cycle.

9. End of Agreement

This Agreement terminates upon completion of the 24-month** term, subject to any earlier cancellation in accordance with the terms outlined herein.

** – 24 month period does not apply when special offer specifies term length. An example would be our starter offers for sports club which has a 12 month term.
