Webrunner Website Agreement

By signing up and making your first payment, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions: 

Minimum Term and Payment Cycle: Your monthly payments are for a minimum term of 18 months. The first payment is due upon sign-up. However, your payment cycle will commence only after your website is completed. Therefore, your next monthly payment will be due one month after the completion of your website. 

Invoice Notification: You will receive an invoice by email seven days before each subsequent payment is due. 

Ownership: Your website and domain shall remain the property of Webrunner AU until the completion of the minimum 18-month period. 

Minimum Payments: You are obligated to make a minimum of six monthly payments. 

Cancellation Policy: 

You are entitled to cancel your plan at any time after six months or six monthly payments. In the event of cancellation, all domains, packages, and websites acquired through Webrunner AU shall remain the property of Webrunner AU, and your website will be deactivated. 

Should you cancel before reaching six months or six monthly payments, the total amount up to six monthly payments will be due. 

Transition of Ownership: 

Upon completion of the 18-month term, all domains and websites associated with your package and business will become your property and will be fully transferrable to you or your business/company. This will terminate our agreement with you. 

If you choose to take over your website after 18 months, Webrunner AU will facilitate the transfer of your website, including all content and domains, to an independent hosting provider. You will be responsible for any associated monthly or annual fees. 

We are committed to assisting you with this transition and can provide recommendations for trusted hosting providers. 

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@webrunners.com.au. 

Website Re-designs: 

During the initial six months of service, you have the option to request a different website template at no additional cost. This request can be made once, regardless of whether you decide to revert to your original website template. 

After the completion of the 18-month term, you are entitled to select another website template, initiating a new 18-month cycle.
